[KY] My karate school owner's landlord isn't fixing his roof.
This started around December and the roof of the unit leaks water all over the studio office and the mats where we train. The landlords have said multiple times that they would fix it and even sent teams out multiple times to attempt to but it has never worked. The water makes it hard to run his business and he can't get out of the lease despite the persistent ROOF issues.
Does anyone have any ideas about what he could do? (For reference we are in the coldspring kroger plaza in Kentucky)
