Weapons with not-delayed autoshoot in ranked?

I'm a mobile player who uses autoshoot and i kind of want to get some cool glorious skins, but i've discovered autoshoot is really bad for some weapons in ranked. Any weapons that AREN'T too bad in terms of auto? i'm looking for ~250ms.

I GOT GOLD ON GUNBLADE!!!!

This is my 2nd gold (1st is riot sheild, but i don't use it anymore) and i'm super happy! i love gunblade, it's my fav weapon!
