is it bannable to play swift standoff if the bug happens

soooo as you know swift standoff (and other special modes) have this stupid bug that makes u go third person sometimes. now if u use an emote you can freely move your mouse around and hit crazy shots that make people call you a hacker. Now is it bannable? i know i cant actually decide to "use" the bug, it just happens randomly at the start of the match, but i am scared that ill get banned for "abusing an exploit" if i randomly win against a high level player that realises i play sus

the dead ones are

1 knife

2 distortion

3 flare

4 flame

5 sniper

6 RPG

7 crossbow

8 bow

9 molotove

10 battle axe

11 warpstone

12 daggers

13 and in the last one Burst

Spent 20 minutes finding 10 stupid "X" targets, almost beat the Sensei bot after my 13th try just for the server to restart because it ran out of memory

I swear katana at high levels is more useful for paranoia rather than actual damage

When they expect you to katana and only fire 2 shots YOU DONT KATANA and instead keep firing, when they try to bait you again YOU DONT KATANA and you keep firing. Has won me too many games
