
Mulebuy thinks bag is 17kg heavy, does not respond in Ticket.
So, i bought a laptop bag through Mulebuy, and it has been delivered at the agent, with me now wanting to arrange shipping.
How they weighted it, but for the shipping to me, it would cost 300 dollars, because somehow they declared the (small) laptop bag to weigh 17kg.
Support doesn't answer my requests and has left me hanging for two days in a row now with no new message.
What could i do? Do i just give up and pay the 300? I could have bought gen then lol
Has anyone encountered this before?
I checked out rehersal packaging, but i must select a shipping company, making the rehersal packaging cost 300 dollars aswell.
