Prime video app was not letting me search or go to profile page. Uninstalled and reinstalled and now all I get is the Amazon smile or a grey loading circle that never loads into anything. Have cleared cache and data. Restarted phone. Uninstalled and reinstalled again. Nothing works. Phone is on latest update. Please help 🙏
