Futures Options CL, GC, SI, NG: European or American style?

Hi there all and thanks in advance. I'm posting only after searching extensively; it appears as if "AI search" and ChatGPT etc have in some cases lowered the quality of search answers as they are conflicting, and I couldn't find this on the CME site either with certainty (would appreciate any links).

Are there any expiration cycles for CL, GC, SI, NG, which are European style (no early exercise possible?)

Also to confirm, same question for currencies such as 6J? And ZN, ZB & ZF?

I was hoping also to confirm what I have read for the indices are correct as well, that for ES and NQ only the quarterlies (third friday of marc, june, september and december) are American style, and that RTY is always European?

TIA kindly for any help in confirming this.

EDIT: For posterity, the information I'm seeking seems to be accurately and exhaustively represented here:

In summary:

European style options where no early exercise is possible are only these:

- /ES /NQ /RTY weeklies, *not* quarterlies (third friday of Mar/Jun/Sep/Dec)

- /MCL (*only the micro crude oil, not regular cl which is american

- /NG.

- Currencies. (/6x).

- /BTC and /ETH,  although can't yet be traded at Schwab.
