Salam I want legal opinion in the matter so a person living opposite to our house who illegally damaged our property to install his new water pipeline, they did not show us any legal paper work nor ask for our permission to dig on our property they were doing this on broad daylight when my brother approach them they were already done with the digging and told him that his line was choked so it had to be done, I just want answer if they were in right or wrong to dig on our property without any consent or without any legal paper work, there were 3 people present at time 2 were doing the digging and other was standing there I think he was from water board
