This is the second time I’ve had this issue. I originally replaced the dedicated GPU fan that came with the H5 Elite Case a few months ago after the old fan started making this exact noise. A few months later, the sound is back when booting the PC up. The fan has inconsistent speeds when it makes this noise, speeding up and slowing down over and over. I had plugged the fan into a new area on my motherboard to see if that could help, but it did not. What’s weird is that it goes back to normal after I hold the power button down to fully turn it off, then on again. Have other people with this case had similar issues because I’m confused. Thanks.
