I’m seeing discussions online about Chris Brown and Drake about how they’re releasing too much music and people are not really enjoying it. Chris Brown dropped a 27 track album and Drake dropped 3 albums on the same day. Even though their albums are critically negative, can you imagine Prince dropping music in these times? He could drop whatever he wanted and not get stopped by the majors. So much music already gets released these days thanks to streaming. Artists these days can release as much music whenever they want.

So according to Funkatopia, it looks like the estate are gonna start issuing takedowns of bootlegs of Prince’s music sometime in the coming future. They are very aware of leaks and want to put a stop to it. I knew something like this was gonna happen eventually so y’all better start saving stuff if you want to.
