I cant find anything to help with this red skin around the mouth

I tried sensitive soap, sensitive cream, no soap, no cream, natural aloe vera, just water, and even vaseline. I can't make it go away and it's so red and itchy. Don't mind the acne, I have PCOS. I also find really weird that there is perfect skin between the red one and my lips, it's always like that. (Sorry for my english btw, it's not my first language)
