When Walter is out and retired, Gus hires Jesse to replace him. We see that what Jesse makes is really good, way better than what Todd does later in the show and its still blue so we know that Jesse does actually make good and pure meth, just not as good as Walter's. When Walter hears about this though hes pissed off and says the entire thing is to get to him.

My question is, was it actually just a plot by Gus to get Walter back in the game? Or was Walter's ego fully getting the better of him and Gus just actually wanted Jesse?

And yeah it was probably a mix of both, but what do you think his primary motive was? To get to Walter or have Jesse be the primary cook

I have this old rack of ribs in the freezer that I dont trust to make normally, can i use them to make broth? And if i can should i also supplement with other bones or feet to boost the gelatin?
