Just to let all you know that the process is almost similarly hard to each one of us. So when you write a Day 0 post, I cant motivate you because you havent dont anything, there is no process.
Im 9 days clear and its been hard. Some people have years behind them without porn. We can make it too. But if you dont do the hard work, motivating each other here is pointless.

For one whole week I haven't watched any porn!
Its going great. I actually enjoy is sometimes. Every time I crave porn, Im either playing a game with playstation or I instantly go out to the garden. This helps because I dont just sit there with my laptop facing the opportunity to open it again.
1 positive and 1 hard thing I can say after 1 week:
- Positive is that I can see now how utterly dusgusting and unrealistic porn is. I see natural woman and remember all the fake, brutal and unhealthy stuff I used to watch...
- One hard thing is masturbation, as its extremely different. Its a lot slower, the erection is not that hard and it feels lame for the first time. I believe it takes time until my brain is recovered from that huge amount of stimulus. I believe that after masturbating without porn its easy not to think about it for a few days.

Im dealing with porn addiction as well, and I have a question.
Which method is better?
- Cut off completely, from now on no porn at all (I could go for 3 weeks at last)
- Or to decrease the amount of porn over time.
Like if I watched 3 times per week until now, lets do 2 times per week for a months, and then 1 per week for a month. (Obviously not the numbers that matters but the limitation, its not a must but there is a maximum still)
Which worked for you if you could get totally porn free?
