iPhone 17e Action Button Suggestions?

I had an iPhone 8 Plus for past 8 years and it never let me down. I still have it in a drawer in case I break my new 17e which I had to upgrade because besides the lack of IOS support on the 8, my banking apps were no longer working. So got the 17e and am fairly happy. However I miss the silent mode switch which is handy when for example I’m not in a scheduled work silent mode and need to silence the phone. So I assigned the Action Button to give me what the 17e is missing, that quick access to mute the phone. I’m wondering if this is best use of the Action Button? And how do you use the Action Button considering it’s pretty fast to get to the camera or flashlight from the customized Home Screen?? Any suggestions most appreciated.

Saw a case today where the defendant claimed they were served improperly which was true. They asked the judge for a jury trial and was granted it. They didn’t show up for court! Then they sent the plaintiffs attorney emails demanding the suit be dropped by the plaintiff basically acknowledging the presence of the lawsuit which is avoiding service.

Don’t do this. Because judges hate this waste of the courts time and the judge will grant service via publication (which happened) and it’s going to turn against you in terms of a wage garnishment.

Don’t waste the courts time and don’t threaten the plaintiffs attorney it won’t go well for you tik tock’rs.

This is not legal advice. This is just a file observed on the real world. Consult an licensed attorney for actual advice. have a nice day.
