I'm leaving it as just the core dimensions of the room as we're going to be totally gutting the current set up. We're having a difficult time deciding what might make the most sense.

Was doing some window shopping for potential houses we might explore buying. Was curious what opinion y’all would have of this in the brick? If we move forward with the house we would certainly do a more thorough inspection.
