Should i buy the house that i like or should i buy the house with an exceptional Feng Shui Flying stars ?

Im confused.

I like a corner house (have 2 face main face with main road and side face with side road) but after i check is Period 9 S3 (main face), which is not a good house for this period. + East (side face) according to the chart is bad.

The house that suggested that has a good Flying star for this period is P9- S1. Which i dont really like.

Which one should i go with ?

Your inside and experience its appreciate it ...

Does this need rearranging?

Please be aware the camera stretches how it actually looks in some photos (hence the many angles I took), and the "floor plan" is rough and not accurate.

I like that I have easy walking access to the entire window, and would like to keep that.

I moved the draws to the bottom of my bed to see if it would look nice with my small TV there, but I'm not sure.

I may have an additional small side table to add. It is maroon, vintage with no drawers.

I'm assuming wardrobes are best where they are too keep a clear entrance, and I think leaving a small gap on the left I'd good to store laundry (as I get very messy if it's in open space).

I'm 23 so would like it to feel mature but I also have raging ADHD, so more open floor space to move around in is needed.

Ps it has under bed storage

Best Bedroom Layout for Fengshui

Can someone tell me if this the best layout for fengshui?

The door is placed directly opposite the window

Ignore the placement of the mirror (it shouldn’t be facing the bed right?

Should the headboard be the other way?

The current headboard side is directly adjacent to another bedroom

The room is really small actually and there is a lot less space between the foot of the bed and wall

Could the bedroom be rotated, under the window, but then would be facing the door (a bad idea?)

Thank you!

edit: the wall where the mirror currently is, connects to the outside of the property - did have an issue with build of mould

the door opens to the right (imagine you are stood outside the room and pushing it open) - it does face towards the head of the bead

potential new house.. Is this a good purchase?

Hello!!

how can I combat the stairs coming to the front door at an angle? Is this a deal breaker for feng shui? the entrance is weird, and this is the angle directly after you enter the house. The stairs also are in line with the garage door, which is right next to the front door. Will this house bring bad fortune with this layout?

Tv placement

I have this small room as a 3rd bedroom which I would like to make a cosy games/reading room. I’m planning to put the tv on the wall and get a small 2 seater sofa, or a cuddle seat/large chair to replace the little chair in there. I’m after some opinions on which side you think the tv should be and which side the chair/sofa should be? Thanks in advance.

Obviously the coffee table thing with the poster on is coming out too

many strange diagonal walls have me confused 😵‍💫

*not to scale the rooms are a little smaller than shown*

i have 2 rooms i use as my living room. my boyfriend swears the tv won't work anywhere else, and so the couch is just awkwardly in the center of the room. i think the couch is the biggest problem, but nowhere seems good.

what would you do with the couch? is there anything else that stands out?

thanks for any help you can give!

What to do if office cubicle is facing bad directions and you can't change seat?

What are some of the quick turnaround or quick fix? This is an office cubicle in a company and there's no way to change seats. What are some of the things that I could do to enhance the feng shui of my cubicle, let's say if i am facing a bad direction?

Best position for the bed?

This is the layout of my bedroom in the home I am moving into. I do not like placing beds in front of windows, especially when there is an amazing view through the window.

Best Place for my Bed?

I am moving into a new place and am unsure where to position my bed. Any orientation seems to break at least one rule. What should I do?

New Home Layout Ideas

I am moving into a new place with my girlfriend at the start of September. I have been reading into Feng Shui and have come into some disagreements with her about living room and office layouts. I believe the tv should go against the 87in wall next to the front door since the couch would be facing a command position. She thinks the tv should be against the 115in wall and have the couch in line with the front door. Either option leads to dead space in areas of the living room. Please Help, Thanks

Thoughts on this tiny living room?

I’m not working with a lot of space so I’m trying to be smart about how I organise everything.

Banquette will be made from repurposed side boards with custom seats. Two extra chairs will have to be stored flat elsewhere in the flat.

Sofa bed is a modest 2 seater. I don’t really like how it goes past the first panel of the window, but I can’t see where else to put it.

I’m thinking of a thin floating shelf to anchor a floating TV and a gallery wall.

Any feedback would be much appreciated!

Help with bedroom placement!

Hi there! I am looking for help with how to arrange my room. I've set up a mock up of what my room looks like. The first picture is how I've set up my room for the last year. Everything isn't exactly to scale. To explain the items in the picture above, it includes my bed, my night stand, on the left is a shelf I have for my accessories by my bed, and the two things near the door are my dressers. On the bottom left side is my window with a baseboard heater. And finally on the right side is my sliding mirror closet doors.

Right now, I really only use the right side of my bed/room since I sleep alone and come in through the door. I'm thinking of moving my bed to the second picture.

Due to the baseboard heater under the window, I can't really just shift my bed to the left. It might not really look it but my bedroom feels a bit cramped right now so I was hoping that shifting my bed would create more space in my room. But I don't want to create any bad energy. Any advice/help would be really appreciated!!

TLDR: I live/sleep alone so how can I maximize space + energy in my room with the current objects + mirrored closet doors I have. Thanks!!

Scary hallway

I feel really exposed getting out of the bathroom, and I assume it has to do with facing the entrance (red door). Would it be possible to make a comfy dressing area/place to do my hair in front of the closet (blue door) without blocking the entire hallway? I live alone and I keep the doors to the small living room usually closed, but all other doors open.

feng-shui nightmare kitchen: how to make the layout functional & cosy at least a bit

this is the layout of the kitchen (blue room, 15,5m²), from the left: first door goes to the bedroom, second to the hallway (where it faces the front door directly), the last to a tiny bathroom. One wall is almost all window and so the only "full corner" up for use is the one facing the front door. it's been quite a puzzle for us for a while and I'd appreciate any help (as in where to put the kitchen cabinets/stove & table & stuff).

(room photos in the comments)
