Can someone tell me if this the best layout for fengshui?

The door is placed directly opposite the window

Ignore the placement of the mirror (it shouldn’t be facing the bed right?

Should the headboard be the other way?

The current headboard side is directly adjacent to another bedroom

The room is really small actually and there is a lot less space between the foot of the bed and wall

Could the bedroom be rotated, under the window, but then would be facing the door (a bad idea?)

edit: the wall where the mirror currently is, connects to the outside of the property - did have an issue with build of mould

the door opens to the right (imagine you are stood outside the room and pushing it open) - it does face towards the head of the bead
