Got my TATA Neu Infinity Converted to LTF
Hi Community, as the title goes: I got my TNI converted to LTF CC two days back. Wanted to share the exact mail I wrote so that it helps someone who might be eligible but hasn't tried it already.
Applied for LTF conversion on 12th and got the Response + Approval on 14th. A verification call from the Bank is done to confirm the conversion.
Background: I have used this card extensively this past year and was anyways getting qualified for the Fee waiver due to spends. I still tried to get it converted to see if I was eligible, and if the HDFC overlords showed some mercy ;-)

I have been using this card extensively for my primary expenses, consistently maintaining a high monthly spend and ensuring all payments are made in full and on time. Given my significant usage and long-standing relationship with the bank, I would like to request that my card be converted to a Lifetime Free (LTF) basis.
Over the past year, I have maintained a flawless repayment record, consistently settling my balances in full. As I approach my card anniversary, I would like to move forward with this card on a Lifetime Free basis to reflect our mutually beneficial relationship. While I find the benefits of the Tata Neu ecosystem valuable, the current annual fee is a point of consideration for me when comparing other premium offerings in the market. I would prefer to continue my journey with HDFC Bank without the burden of an annual renewal fee.
