SIG SAUER P320 M18

Hello everyone, I have a question. This Sig Sauer P320 M18 pistol has some very small scratches on the outside of the chamber. I wanted to know if they are cracks, breaks, or if they came like that from the factory. The barrel is a Sig Sauer L20. Is it dangerous to use it like this?
