Hi! I bought this GameCube for $15 lol, and it actually seems to be in pretty good condition. The only issue is that the disc drive doesn't work. I installed PicoBoot/PicoLoader and I can already play games, but I'd still like to be able to use discs.

The disc drive does power on, it lights up and makes noise, but the game disc does NOT spin at all. Is it worth trying to repair it, or should I just stick with using PicoLoader?

Hello, I bought this controller for $15. At first it worked perfectly, but the next day for some reason the left joystick started failing when moving the character to the left, and a few hours later the vertical axis failed completely. In homebrew it still detects some movement, but it's far too little to actually register as up or down.

Any solution for this? Should I replace the entire stickbox or just the potentiometers? The stick itself still feels tight and firm.

Hi, is there any way to fix this RG476H that I dropped and the glass cracked in that corner? Or do I just have to accept the harsh reality?
