Hi everyone,

My parents are having their 40th anniversary this year and I am trying to find a gift that I and my two brothers can go in on.

  • They enjoy movies and good food but are generally introverts and homebound most of the time.
  • They also enjoy taking road trips.
  • They have two dogs.
  • They don't have a lot of money and are not expecting any kind of major gift.

Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated.

I have done a decent amount of traveling in the U.S. in my 39 years. What am I missing out on in the gray areas that are not in a major city? What trip would you take?

We love good food, good beer, outdoor activities, parks, and history.
