32M looking to open Stocks and Shares ISA. Won't be playing with huge amounts to invest but looking to just start small to lock away for a long period and hopefully see growth, adding a bit more each month. Any tips on best provider to use or particular stocks etc?

Have considered this for a while but unsure where to begin. Find a lot of the abbreviations etc fairly confusing at times. Can someone please explain how investing in T212 works? Is it high risk? Are there "safer" options? Transaction fees etc? Would appreciate all advice as simply as possible!
