I honestly have been loving Stack. It's in the middle of 6 main cities, has good security, a bunch of different house types to buy, and looks quite good. Only downsides are the lack of armor shops and Shinobi Towers, but you do have 6 nearby cities that have those.

My main skeleton has 298,500 cats on the Holy Nation and 198,200 cats on the United Cities.
