Taking baby to work as CVT: WWYD?

I have a 5mo EBF baby at home and had planned on going back 2 days a week, but then she suddenly stopped taking bottles. I let them know I would not be returning. A couple weeks later a vet reached out to me from a different clinic and offered me a part time job and said I could take baby with me. I did my working interview yesterday and felt pretty certain I won’t be working with a baby. I was only able to help 50% of the time and there was only one assistant there doing everything. I felt so bad. At the end of the day the vet told me to think about it before I made a decision. Somehow she’s okay with paying me to only help half the time and have to take care of my baby the rest of the time.

What would you do? How would you feel about being the other person picking up the slack when I have to take care of baby?
