Wrong in chat
Multiple times when messaging the front desk in the app they respond and address me by my father in laws last name.
My account has always been mine and I have never changed my last name. My profile shows my correct name and so the receipts when checking in/out. Customer service does not see anything else change.
Anyone have a suggestion on how to fix it?
