Why is only store in Chicago ? Wouldn’t the University of Illinois Champaign Urbana be a good place for one? Friends is central and even southern Illinois have no recourse but to go to Chicago.

So flight from San Antonio to Ord Was late. Gate agent said air traffic issue and I could take chances fo Ord connection BUT no overnight accom. /vouchers etc Stopped at UA small lounge in B UA employee Cheryl saw my tight connection and said she would book me for backup flight next day, get me hotel and meal vouchers! BECAUSE it was mechanical issue! Thank you Cheryl C! Angel UA employee!
