Hello all, I've recently moved into a property with a smart meter. However when I tried setting up an account I was met with a message stating I need a reference number, yet I was never given one. Not in emails or physical mail. I've called to ask about this issue and I thought it was resolved but yet again nothing was sent to me. Second time I was given a guest card code, topped up £15 as a test and it never arrived to the meter. Last call also didn't do anything and I'm about to run out of emergency credit. The smart card number I was given does not work anymore for my address and I have nothing to use to top up. I'm very new to this so please go easy on me, could anyone point me in the right direction to get this issue resolved ASAP?
