Fall camping with 3mo baby - sleeping setup

Hi all! Canadian here. Have tent camped with our 2-month-old baby a few times so far, mostly using a merino wool sleep sack and having him sleep in a laundry basket with 8mm yoga mat inside. We are planning a trip in September (New Brunswick), and temps can reach down to 10-11C (55F). Planning to use the Baby Deedee Sleep Nest 3.5 TOG baby sleep sack but worried it'll be too cold and trying to avoid cosleeping in sleeping bags for obvious reasons.

Any tips appreciated! If this whole idea is ridiculous we can also cancel.

How to know if they’ve gone in cloth diaper

Hi all! 8 week old baby here, doing EC part-time since 5 weeks and full-time for a week now. I’ve been reading Diaper-Free Baby (love it) and am also planning to introduce cloth diapers this week. The author suggests that cloth helps with EC as it’s “easier to tell when baby has peed”. How do you tell this? The author’s children are my age, so I know diapers have probably changed a lot. Baby is basically diaper free at home and I just clean up any misses; the diapers are for going out or overnight. Thanks for any tips!

Path to moderately granola?

Interested in what gradual shifts you all made in your parenting journeys. I have a young baby and always planned to breastfeed (which I love). Recently got into elimination communication, which we also love and has led me to more granola ideas: cloth diapering, floor bed/Montessori; and now thinking about moving towards cosleeping rather than sleep training (which I always assumed we'd do).

What started you all on a (moderately) granola pathway, and where did it lead you? :)
