How to remove wheel from ancient motor grader??

I have an ancient Cleveland brand motor grader. Probably made in the 60s-70s, though I know the Detroit 4-71 motor was made in the 1940s (stamped on it). I know how the tire is supposed to come off the wheel (it won’t, it’s rust bonded on). I need to know how to get the wheel off so I can get to the drum brakes and work them over. I know the castle nut has to come off. Not sure if that’s it or not. I would prefer not having to pull the whole gear assembly out of the tandem. Are the threaded holes on either side of the castle nut for bolts to go in to leverage the wheel off the axle? In the third picture, what are those two largest bolts in front and behind of the brake bleeder valve and banjo bolt?

New Polaris

In the last two weeks I did the SFO to Singapore and return in the new Polaris seats. The best thing about them is Bluetooth built into the entertainment system to use your own wireless headphones. The screens look great.

HOWEVER, there is one glaring issue that they definitely did not user test. The recline buttons are in the worst possible spot. Every time I crossed my arms on my chest, my elbow would activate the seat to either sit up or recline more. I had to be extremely aware of that button at all times I wast laying flat or sitting up for landing/ takeoff. They had to have just mailed in user testing. The FA asked me what I thought about the seats. Gave him this feedback. My seat neighbor chimed in that he had the same issues. The rounded rocker switch in the now legacy Polaris is far superior.
