I just transfered from my 1200D DSLR to R50 Mirrorless and wanted to know of any good 3rd party batteries that are decent quality and cheaper than the Canon ones that are way too expensive imo. Appreciate any recommendations :)

I'm looking into buying a more modern body (got the 1200D). My main issue with my current body is the poor AF and fps. I like my 55-250mm lens a lot so I'm looking into the R50 with the RF to EF adapter. Would I run into any problems?
Any ideas on why this is happening? All cleaning procedures have been used already
