I recently got offered a HR position at another company, less stress, good pay/better benefits & most of all much better work life balance, But I genuinely don’t know how to tell my DL and Team, I’ve only been at the store I’m at since 1/1 this year and seeing how the previous SM here left and how long it took to fill that role i’d hate to put my team in a similar situation again.
How did y’all tell your DL? I’m lowkey scared he’ll reprimand me for leaving so soon after taking this store.
