How can I remove the broken shaft from my barrel? Going counter clockwise worked with an old harrows one, not working now with target k flex

New darts help

I have plenty of time to choose my new dart so I want to really nail it. I need a straight/slightly tapered barrel, 7.2, 7.3 millimeters is best, if it Tapers, gotta stay in the 7 millimeters, target or harrows (because of swiss and quickpoints), 26g, i already found stuff in 24, though I'd really like something bigger, no budget, but 100€ or under would be nice, thank you guys in advance

RD Joust XL

I don't have a picture, but I just wanted to talk about these shafts, maybe with someone who has experience with them, I got them for fun, but one practice session with them left me confused, I didn't think it'd go that good! With them on, my dart is 151mm plus the flight. Any tips to help me understand If I should keep em or not?

Cleaning

Will someone walk me through the process, maybe in phases, I don't know, I obviously own nothing other stuff you already have in the house, if it is necessary, I have laser etched rainbow points and k flex flights, other than screw in target barrels (the darts have been feeling dusty, that's why)

Left hand positioning

I was trying to understand where I should put my left hand when holding the darts, mimicking my throw, yanked a dart right at my bedroom wall. Where the dartboard isn't even in. 3 43 AM, my parents sleeping next door😭

New darts (maybe)

I currently use target bolide 04s in 25g, and I'm pretty good with them (5 max in a month and a half or so, as a beginner), but I noticed sometimes my darts dance a little in the air, so I was thinking about a thicker barrel. I'm torn between 03 and 05 (26g), a straight barrel is obviously more normal, but a bomb could help me with my problem of not holding the dart in the same place all the time. All of this, when I don't even know IF I wanna change darts. If I do, it will be quite a bit of time from now, so I have time to hear all your suggestions (and If you think other darts might fit me, please let them have easy switch points)
