I gained some of my lost weight back and I'm annoyed

I had lost about 10lbs in the span of 3 months, then my husband and I bought a house and I apparently went off the rails with eating and skipping the gym 🙃 ugh. But, now that the closing is done and we're almost all moved in hopefully I can get back on track. I gained about 5lbs back of the 10 I lost. I'm a little discouraged but trying to get back into healthy habits.

I've discovered a LOVE for turkey burgers

I discovered them for the first time because I'm cutting calories, but a turkey burger, keto bun, light mayo, mustard, and lettuce, tomato, pickle, and onion! Yum! Paired with some air fried sweet potato fries and broccoli salad is heavenly

Food swap idea!

So, I've always loved McDonalds snack wraps, but wanted a healthier option with more protein so I do a low carb tortilla, 4oz skinless grilled chicken, 2oz nonfat greek yogurt mixed with ranch seasoning, non fat shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, a slice of turkey bacon (optional), and a slice of tomato. It's soooo good and has about 50g protein. Then I'll have a bunch of strawberries on the side.

What is with the hate for planet fitness??

Obviously if you're an advanced body builder you need something better, but I'm just now starting to do resistance training and I feel like they have what I need. I'm not trying to build huge muscles, I just want to lean out. The isolation machines work well for me because I struggle with compound lifts. I don't get why people hate them. Plus it's affordable and open 24/7

It's so easy to go over. All I eat for breakfast is oatmeal with PB2 powder and that alone sends me over 400 calories. It's so dang difficult. I'm trying to eat well. Vegetables and chicken and BOOM. suddenly I'm over my 1200 lol. I guess I'm just so used to eating a little under maintenance
