Can someone explain to me what happened last night between Cameron and Lana and Jorja?

So my daughters have a friend they frequently play with on their granddads road. They’d play in this girls house often and usually I didn’t have an issue with it, yesterday my youngest came up from the house with no top on and paint all over her trousers and told me they’d been painting so I cleaned her up and got her back into clothes. Then my eldest came up without a top and I reminded them both that they are not to undress in anyone else’s home without me there and if they are dirty to come back to me and I’d sort them with what they needed. It wasn’t until I was putting my youngest to bed she told me that the child they played with suggested a bath which I see the innocence of it all but then she told me the mother didn’t run the bath the child did. So I was firstly annoyed because she didn’t think to double check with me first and not supervising the children when they were running the bath is another red flag to me. Had my youngest not of told me I would never have known and I’m not suggesting that something sinister could of happened but at the same time you don’t know and if anything either of the children could of been hurt. I personally would never undress someone else’s child (without the parents knowing or go ahead) let alone would I bathe them.

I haven’t said anything to the parent but I have told my girls that any future play would be done on the road and not in someone else’s home where I can’t see them.

Should I say it to the parent? How would you handle it?
