I am looking for Dual Key Homes. Minto have a very nice model but only will be delivered in 2028. Purpose is to rent the basement for investment.
I am more looking for a recent property. I believe Mattamy have options that I could convert the basement, adding a 2nd entry and add a Kitchen.
Any idea? Or another builder? How much could it cost to convert a basement?
