Smart charger advice needed
I live at the top of a long, steep hill. An Ecomobl Ripper 4WD is currently at the top of the list for the board. But I'm going to need a charger that charges up to a specific percentage (80%, for example), so there's enough room in the battery for renegerative braking. Any recommendations, or things I need to know? Ecomobl haven't been too helpful: "You get 100%, deal with it" sort of thing.
