BetRivers withdrawal in review for almost 2 weeks — is this normal?

Has anyone had a BetRivers withdrawal take this long?

I requested $1,875 on 7/29 and completed the ID verification they requested the following day. It’s now just shy of two weeks and still says “In review.”

I’ve contacted support multiple times and have consistently been told that my account is fine, they don’t need anything else from me, and the withdrawal is simply waiting for manual review. They’ve escalated it multiple times as well, but I still haven’t been given a timeframe.

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this with BetRivers and, if so, how long it took before you were eventually paid. At this point I’m mainly trying to figure out whether this is just an extremely slow review or if I should be concerned.

First Withdrawal

Created an account on Wednesday and happened to win my bets (including sign-up bonus bets) that same day. I submitted an online banking withdrawal request for nearly $2K that same night. It’s now been more than 5 days, and the status still shows “In Review”

On Thursday they requested ID verification, which I completed the same day. Since then, I’ve contacted support several times. Every representative has told me that the withdrawal looks fine, that it’s just in manual review, and that I simply need to wait. They also advised me not to cancel it, as that would put me back at the end of the queue.

Given these circumstances, is this still within a reasonable waiting time for a first withdrawal? Has anyone experienced anything similar? I’m simply used to other books providing near instant withdrawals. At what point should I start pushing harder for my money, and how?

Withdrawal Length

I submitted an online banking withdrawal request on Wednesday for around $1.9K. It is now Saturday and it still states “in review” with absolutely no other progress to show.

Is this process supposed to take this long? I have been told my account looks great but I’ve began to grow frustrated at the lack of timeframes they have given me and the back to back days being told it would arrive shortly. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
