Hey guys I signed up for Nordstrom Credit Card like a month ago and got approved. I’ve used it twice since then. About a week or so ago I created an account to pay off my balance that I had used and it let me create the account and tried going back in to actually make the payment and I can’t even log in to my account. I called to see what the issue was and they said my account is under review and would receive a letter in the mail in 10 to 30 days and they wouldn’t give me any other information. Has anyone experienced this before? Like how would I go about paying if I can’t even log in to my account?
