I've started playing the official Jaffa Factory 2 modpack but I can't seem to figure out how to get my own Dave Jr. in the game. My son loves Godzilla but only interacts with games while I play them. I would love to have a Dave Jr for him in my own factory.
What mod added that in, and what can I do tame one?
Moe and Joe were local feral llamas that wandered free in their little town. I wanted a project that helped me learn how to use a plasma cutter and mig welder better, and this was fun to put together. The llamas are 16 gauge sheet and the back plate is 1/4 inch plate. It also has two box tubes cut to 6” welded to the back so I can mount it on a small stand. Painted with ceramic and acrylic paints.
This is an art piece I have been working on for a but now. I ended up rushing at the end because I was on a bit of a deadline but I like where it landed, flaws and all.
It’s a propane tank I converted into a lamp. There are three moons made of steel and covered in bronze I attached over opening in the tank. The tripod is mild steel. The bronze hand and flame were made by my late father, who I felt close to while making this piece. The s-hooks are rebar abandoned by Burning Man camps, as I live close to the festival and where many camps are stored the rest of the year.
Now I need to figure out what to do next. I’m a school bus driver but won’t be paid during summer break. That means I have time to make more art but unless I figure out how to sell my work quickly, or find an angel investor for my little studio, I’m probably going to need to find a temporary job that will take me away from my workshop.
For the moment, this piece is parked in my little town’s library and I’m not looking to sell it. Might take a commission to make another though. I’ll be in the workshop for as long as I can be making stuff, so we’ll see how the summer shakes out.
