I just got hired at GM. I have 3 years of experience and 2 years of internship experience but not at GM. They have me as a 6A at 130k. They initially offered me 115 but I said I wanted something in the 130-140 range and they came back with 130k. I was employed at the time. Could I have gotten more? All currency is in CAD. Believe it or not it was a 50% increase from what I was originally making.
