Easier access tidepools/coastal fishing
Hey all. Previously I've made a post on getting some easy access spots for fishing. In that post I mentioned how I had gotten into fishing to get out and lose weight. While I've come down a bit, I still have some mobility limits. A good example would be steep jetties are pretty risky for me.
I was wondering if anyone had some suggestions on easier access coastal spots? Ideally where parking is close-ish to the beach. I'd love for there to be access to tidepools, but not requires. Nye beach has been nice for surf perch fishing, granted I don’t have much luck some days. The Newport Crabbing pier has been awesome as well.
I'd love to be able to harvest some muscles and try for rockfish, but a lot of the spots are pretty dicey for me to get through. What are your suggestions? Thanks for all your previous suggestions, last spring/summer were pretty dang fun!
