Imagine if your city map worked like a social game

Imagine your city map online like a game.

Every area has its own vibe, people, memes, hidden spots, stories, and local culture.

You can explore places, discover secret locations, unlock XP/roles, post local moments anonymously, build neighborhood identities, and basically see the city feel alive digitally in real time.

I’m currently building a map-based social website around this idea. Kind of inspired by the feeling of Pokémon GO/Zenly, but focused more on community, internet culture, exploration, and making cities feel alive online.

Not trying to make another utility/social media platform — more like a living digital layer on top of a real city.

Would you actually use something like this? What features would make it genuinely fun/addictive instead of another dead social platform?
