Sick of talking shit online, and ready to organize the working class? The IWW's Organizer Training 101 (OT101) covers all the basics of building a democratic shop-floor committee in your workplace.
Even if you're already represented by one of the mainstream unions, even if your workplace is "unorganizable", and even if your coworkers are conservatives who hate unions the OT101 will change the way you relate to work and to your workplace. As someone who has taken training from multiple unions and "Organizing for Power" I feel confident that this is better than all of them.
