I would love to get recommendations for where in DC to get a great pixie haircut, ideally for $100 or less.

I am specifically looking for someone who is creative and who has the chops to do the whole thing with a razor and integrate barbering techniques like a hard part and some fading here and there. And who can actually deal with my minor cowlick! (Why is this so hard??)
