Hi, I just cleared my certification which went really well, but I'm stuck on the final step of verification.

Basically, I accidentally deleted my old account and just recreated a new one using the exact same email id. It was my mistake, I thought it would be fine, but now I'm getting a "Velocity/abuse duplicated user" error while doing the ID verification.

Since I already used my physical ID on the deleted account, the system is flagging it as a duplicate. I tried emailing their verification support address, but my emails just keep failing and bouncing back.
It would be really helpful to me if anyone or an admin could please guide me on how to clear this flag so I can move forward.
