WHAT THE HECK TCS?

TCS is one of the biggest Indian MNCs and is known globally, but the way the recruitment process is handled sometimes feels very unprofessional. Many candidates are left waiting for interview results with no proper timeline or communication. Some people receive their offer letter within a week, while others wait for a month or even longer without any update.

As a candidate, being left hanging like this creates a lot of anxiety, stress, and overthinking. If a candidate is rejected, the least the company can do is send a rejection mail so people can move on instead of staying confused.

My friend and I had our interviews on the same date. They received their OL on 18th May, while my portal status is still showing “Batched.” I honestly have no idea whether I’m rejected or if I should keep waiting.

Anyone else in the same situation? Would love to hear your thoughts and experiences too.

TCS INTERVIEW ON 6TH MAY 2026 KOLKATA (ROLE NINJA) ANY UPDATES????

Anyone from 6th May 2026 who had the interview for the Ninja role in Kolkata got any updates? Most people received their OL on 18th May 2026. Has your NextStep portal status changed from “Batched” or is it still showing “Batched”?

Does anyone know someone who didn’t receive the OL on 18th May but received it today, on 19th May? Is it a rejection, or does TCS send mails in small batches over time?

URGENNT

I gave my TCS NQT on 20th March, and after more than 1 month I received a mail for the Ninja interview. My interview happened on 6th May.

Today one of my friends who interviewed on the same day received an offer letter, but my NextStep status is still showing “Batch”.

Does “Batch” mean rejection or is my profile still under process?
Has anyone received an offer later even after this status?

Would appreciate any help or similar experiences. Location- Kolkata
