May i ask lang po sa mga HR- Interview dito,

What are your thoughts about sa educational background sa pag iinterview ng applicant..

Example:

1.High School Graduate Old Curriculum

Pero may mga experience sya na pasok dun sa job description pero yung educational lang hindi pasok .

Pasok sa educational background pero konti ang experience

3.College Graduate

No experience pero pasok sa qualifications ng educational background

Are you still consider to hire yung no. 1

Or mababa na ba masyado ang tingin sa HIGH SCHOOL GRAD OLD CURRICULUM?
