took vitamin D and got red light, now I havent slept in 36hours

has anyone ever had insomnia this bad?

I totally messed up. Ive been taking vitamin d for a month. then I decided it was a good idea to drink coffee with lots of glycine and then get some red light from my red light machine. i had been getting warm sunlight so i thought it might be the same but nope.

its not completely out of the ordinary, but for some reason it stimulated my nervous system.

apparently the effects synergizes and left me in a highly aroused nervous system state

this is so weird and ridiculous. i also have slightly high blood pressure and heart rate.

i feel wired but tired. i feel so alert. it was defintely a bad idea to mix all of those things. i think it finally caught up to me. i've done similar things before, I didnt think it was crazy but I think the vitamin D and the light sensitivity set me off

sensitive to all food for a few days after incident?

it seems that even after stopping dairy, I still occasionally get cramping and bathroom runs for a few days. like I'm more sensitive?

I've just gotten used to having lactose intolerance, I didnt know I had this. And my last incident consuming dairy has made me sensitive up to 4 days later. So I'm opting for reallt simple meals, gentle meals. But I'm still getting cramping and bathroom runs. Apparently its because of sensitivity of the intestines still
