How’s my set up? I feel like I’m missing something.

I live in SoCal and my room can get pretty warm (75-85). I just got 4 of them today and the terrarium is bioactive. The only form of ventilation is some small holes in the back but I don’t think it’s enough. I’m all ears for tips and suggestions, thank you!

Who’s that pokemon?

No like really, can anyone tell me what kind of spider/tarantula this is. I just found it crawling in my house. (I live in SoCal)
