If I accidentally slept in a room (especially air conditioned) without covering my abdomen to keep it warm or if I wore a crop top that exposed my abdomen, I get severe abdominal pain and diarrhea. This also happens when I drink water especially cold water. Does anyone else have similar triggers? Can anything be done aside from avoiding the triggers. When I’m really thirsty for cold water on a scorching hot day for example, I’m the only one asking for hot water 😭
