Yesterday I got a verification code and moments later I lost access to my account. Extra info: For some reason the code was crypted like "fqjkq134k1" while normally they sent only numbers like "582334".

Nothing happens when I try to log with my phone number. When I chose "forgot my password" it says "chose the way to save your account, we will send you a code" but there is no option just a blank page.

I asked support but they said they couldn't verify if i was the owner. While I literally used my phone number when I opened my request (phone number that was linked to my acc)

What happened exaclty here? How did the hacker bypassed my phone? I am completely lost and this things really scares

Hello few hours ago I got a conformation code by SMS and few moments later I found that I was logged off from all my devices. Nothing happens when I chose " forgot password" or sent conformation code.

So I went to open a ticket, this time I got a SMS code. When I checked the previous SMS from twitter over the years they were all numbers (like 123456) but the one that I got this morning (and lost connection to my account) was something like "oklj12cvd4". I don't know if it is related and those things freaks me out. What should I do?
